Small Claims Court
You may sue for money or the return of property valued up to $35,000.00 in the Small Claims Court. Hiring a Paralegal is a cost effective to ensure paperwork is filled out properly, filed and served on the other party which helps speed up the court process.
Provincial Offences/Highway Traffic Act Offences
I will represent you in each court appearance and will advise you of all of your possible defences. Request and review Disclosure with you and negotiate a resolution or a plea bargain. I will also do so in the most economical manner for you when a trial is necessary.
Summary Conviction Criminal Offences
These are lesser criminal offences with a penalty of a fine of no more than $5000.00 and a term of imprisonment of up to 6 months.
Notary Public & Commissioner of Oaths
As a Licensed Paralegal in good standing with Law Society of Ontario, I am licensed to take affidavits and administer legal oaths, affirmations or declarations in the Province of Ontario. I am available for mobile service.
